Located in suburban Melbourne this project required two contemporary pavillion-like structures to be built alongside each other – Nova Vista was designed as a restaurant, with bar, offering freshly cooked Italian cuisine. The other was called Dolci Cose – designed as a bakery and retail food outlet for Italian baked foods.
