Located in one of Colombo’s prime suburbs, this multi-storey high-rise apartment project draws on the curves of its natural surrounds & beach-side location. It comprises of 16 storeys with retail at ground level, followed by 3 levels of above ground car parking and 12 levels of residential living.

The twelve levels of residential living also comprised of two levels of double storey luxury penthouses. Our design approach was to create open interior floor plans, refined detailing, crafted design and a materiality of light & dark finishes. Each residence is thoughtfully composed to offer clever spaces, seamlessly connecting indoor spaces with outdoor terraces and strategically positioned to offer abundant natural light and a range of sea views in all directions.
