The U-shaped built form encloses a generous landscaped north-facing courtyard which optimises solar access to inward facing apartments whilst the western façade includes operable louvre system to assist with passive solar control.
Each residence is thoughtfully composed to offer clever spaces, seamlessly connecting indoor spaces with outdoor terraces and strategically positioned to offer abundant natural light and a range of views to open green vistas. Our client’s brief was to deliver sophisticated elegant large-scale living. Our design approach was to create open interior floor plans coupled with large landscaped gardens, refined detailing, crafted design and a materiality of light & dark finishes enriching the spaces.
