Located in the established suburb of Kew, this project comprises of 31 apartments with associated subterranean basement car parking.
Externally the design presents a modern, articulate form with a restrained colour palette and finely layered sun control and privacy screens.
Internally, the apartments are airy and spacious with generous living areas and balconies, whilst the ground floor apartments open onto large landscaped courtyards. Tranquility was a key concept that we followed through with keeping the finishes and textures in a soft tone with fine detailing. Light filled, elegant and robust to handle family life.
